We do offer telephone sales & support however we have adopted several new policies which are explained below, please use the appropriate method of contact to insure a timely response. Because Planet2Net has adopted the methods of running our business with limited personnel and have invested more into providing high quality hardware (Some of the best in the industry) and services we offer limited telephone contact which allows us to provide assistance to our customers on more consistent level, many hosting providers won't tell their customers this but we choose to be more up front with our customers!

Telephone Support

Planet2Net has adopted a new telephone support policy as of October 1st 2008.

Telephone support will be on a call back basis only after a support ticket has been entered and we schedule a time that is convenient for both our support department and the customer.

Please be advised that you may contact our telephone support department and leave a message however unless you have a support ticket number which has been assigned a contact time we will not be able to answer your call.

This policy has been put in place so that we can provide dedicated personal assistance, also we have learned over the years that many support related calls can usually be answered on our web site in our knowledge base or by entering a support ticket.

You can be assured that if there is a problem with the servers or an outage we will know about it before our customers and emergency telephone support has been discontinued due to our new advanced warning system that were put into place last year.
