Dear Planet2Net Customers,
I have been instructed by James, the owner of Planet2Net to inform you that there has been a death in the family and he has been away taken care of his family since this past Sunday. Unfortunatly our techs have been locked out of the system and have not been able to answer any support tickets, We have now been able to contact James and get the master password for the system to reset all the techs logins and will be responding to all support tickets very soon and will resolve all issues as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for any and all clients who have had a ticket open and were waiting for a response. James will write a formal letter to all clients once he has returned.
